This year, European Hydrogen Week was held in Brussels between November 20 and 24, 2023. The multiple conference streams with over 25 sessions were organized and more than 200 speakers provided speeches to deep dive into all things about hydrogen, from industry trends, challenges and opportunities, innovation, new technology, and more. The main attention was devoted to educating future staff and improving employees’ competence in the operation of hydrogen installations. This event shows year after year what an important role hydrogen plays as the fuel of the future. From the H2Excellence project, Dr. Giovanni Cinti from the Università degli Studi di Perugia (UNIGP), Italy, and Mrs. Magdalena Raczyńska and Mr. Marek Kruszewski from the Pomeranian Regionalna Izba Gospodarcza Pomorza and Cluster of Hydrogen Technologies (RIGP), Poland participated in the conference. Dr. Giovanni Cinti also engaged in the discussion on the “Skills and Workforce Development for the Hydrogen Economy” side event by IPHE, shedding light on global perspectives and collaborative efforts. This was an exciting time for H2Excellence!
