After the successful completion of the first edition of the H2Excellence Best Thesis Award organized by the H2Excellence project last year (2025), we are pleased to announce the launch of the Second Edition of the Best Thesis Award (MSc & PhD), organized within the framework of the European Fuel Cells & Hydrogen – Piero Lunghi Conference 2026 (EFCH₂).
The award recognizes outstanding theses in the field of hydrogen technologies, systems, and applications, and aims to highlight excellent research contributions from emerging talents in the sector.
Two awards will be granted (MSc and PhD), each including registration to the conference and €650 to support travel costs to Capri, Italy, where winners will be recognized during the EFCH₂ Conference 2026 (15–17 September 2026).
Eligible candidates who completed their thesis between January 2025 and June 2026 are invited to apply. Students who participated in last year’s edition are also welcome to apply again, provided they meet the eligibility requirements.
