How can we prepare the skilled workforce needed for the hydrogen economy?
Our valued partner, Pomeranian Regional Chamber of Commerce (RIGP) is organizing the H2Excellence panel at the Polish Conference for Hydrogen Energy and Technologies (PCHET 2026), bringing together representatives from universities, vocational education, public administration, and labor market organizations to discuss the future of hydrogen skills and education.
The discussion will explore hydrogen-related competences, industry collaboration, micro-credentials, upskilling and reskilling opportunities, and the role of Centres of Vocational Excellence (CoVEs) in building strong regional skills ecosystems. Using the Pomeranian perspective as a practical example, the panel will examine how local workforce needs align with European standards and international cooperation.
